NIFTY OPTION DAILY DERIVATIVE ANALYSIS 06/jan/2014

India Indices- Friday Nifty Index opened down with -26.50 points at 6194.55 in Negative trend from the previous closing at 6221.15 and closed at 6211.15. The full day we saw hyper movement of bearishness after the morning bell we saw totally down trend in Nifty full day but near end of the market day nifty index closed with up movement and the whole day Nifty Index traded between 6221.70-6171.25. At the end of the day Nifty future contract expiring on 30 Jan 2014 Loosed -0.10% ,-6.00 points to close at 6251.75 from the previous closing at 6257.75 with a premium 40.60 points and percent change in open interest of -8.82%.

Bank Nifty – Friday Bank Nifty index opened at 11098.25 in Negative trend with -84.95 point from the previous closing at 11183.20 After the morning Bell we saw more ups and downs in Bank Nifty Index but near end of the market day we saw hyper bullishness in Bank Nifty Index. The full day Bank Nifty Index traded between 11208-11052.60 and closed at 11181.65 with -0.01%, -1.55 points down from the previous closing 11183.20. At the end of the day Bank Nifty future contract expiring on 30 Jan2014 Gained +0.22%, +24.40 points to close at 11276.65 with a premium 93.45 points and percent change in open interest of +4.86%

FII’s Activity– According to FII’s Activity On January 1 in F&O segment we saw FII’s were taking interest in index options and stock futures and options only we saw short selling of FII’s in Index Futures only and in index they were going in shorting position, by this activity of FII’s we can say that they can go in short position in particular segments to the next market day .
